- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we do not feel like will be a good home for our spiders. We also will not tolerate any type of harassment or abuse.
- Shipping Policy: We use Ship Your Reptiles for shipping, use their insurance options and adhere to their policies, conditions and weather recommendations. Visit their site to get a quote on overnight shipping if you would like (shipping from 40031). You can choose hub pick up or home delivery – but a signature will be required if you chose the home delivery option so please make sure someone will be home.
- Returns/Refunds: All spiders and accessories are shipped with insurance, so if your package is damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the insurer. In the rare circumstance that your spider arrives DOA (dead on arrival), please contact me directly at the number on the card in your package. Otherwise, no refunds or returns.
- Consultation: Each spider purchase comes with a 2 week consultation package. You can ask questions related to the care of your spider as much as you need to for the first 14 days starting the day your spood is delivered.
- Payment: I accept Venmo and Cashapp for all orders and Cash for local pick up and shows.
